Shipping Policy

Destinations

Witty Patterns EU store ships to all member states of the EU (not including outermost regions or overseas territories) and to the USA. We plan to ship to many other international destinations at later stage - please see the Delivery dropdown menu of our checkout for the most up-to-date list.

The 27 countries within the EU include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Rates

Witty Patterns offers Free European Shipping in the EU and to the USA, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products!

We do not ship outside of EU and USA and we don't offer Express shipping at this stage.

Canceling

Customers can make a free cancellation within 6 hours from placing an order and will be entitled to a full refund of the money (minus any fees incurred). After that time the order is being processed, therefore it’s impossible for us to cancel or modify it anymore.
If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@wittypatterns.com within the given time frame.

Shipping Information

The total delivery time is the sum of the fulfilment time and the shipping time.

Order Processing

Our Products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners based in Europe and the USA. Therefore, please allow 2-7 days (Standard fulfilment time ) to process your order.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

International: We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Delays

At Witty Patterns, we strive to provide timely delivery of your orders. However, Please note that any delivery time or date, time or periods mentioned herein, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons. Occasional delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or holidays. In such cases, total delivery times may extend up to 25 business days.

We do not offer refunds solely based on delays in package delivery, as shipping times can vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Lost package or Wrong Address

Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct address information. We, Witty Patterns, are not liable if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.  

  • If the package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information, or if the tracking information states that your order was delivered but you are stating that you have not received it, we won't take any responsibility.
  • If you think you have provided the correct address and your order has not been delivered within the specified time frame, or you have concerns about its whereabouts, please contact us, including your order number, and we will investigate the matter and provide assistance to the best of our ability.
  • Keep in mind that Claims must be made within 30 days from the order date.

International Shipping 

Shipments of most products to outside of EU may be subject to the payment of import duties or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable, they will be levied and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country/area. For each country the customs policy is different and fees may vary depending on your order value, weight, size, country limits, and other factors. Please check the import policies in your country/area to understand and ascertain the applicability of and your liability for any such duties or taxes on the products you purchase from us.

All duties and taxes applicable in other countries/areas, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then you rather than us, shall be solely and exclusively liable, and you shall directly pay them to your government or to the designed courier service company on delivery of your items.

We, Witty Patterns, shall not be liable for payment of the aforesaid duties, charges and taxes. If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.


Returns Policy

Witty Patterns is a print-on-demand store, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We are, however, here to assist you in any way possible before you place your order to ensure you get the right order. Please reach out via the contact page if you need assistance.

Returns can only be accepted in the event of misprinted, damaged, or defective items. 

Misprinted, damaged or defective items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. Please inspect your delivered item upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is misprinted, damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at contact@wittypatterns.com and we will provide you with the next steps and further information. If the claim is confirmed by us, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

The misprinted/defective item should be sent back within 14 days from our confirmation. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return in the case of misprinted/damaged/defective items:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or a proof of purchase showing the original order number.
  • To speed up the resolution of the issue, please ensure that you provide the necessary photo or video evidence when contacting us. A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the issue are clearly visible.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Contact us

Please make sure to contact us before returning any items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and a replacement is not possible, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
